This website uses cookies.  Cookies are small files saved to the user’s computer hard drive that track, save and store information about the user’s interactions and usage of the website. This allows the website, through its server, to provide the users with a tailored experience within this website.

Any downloadable documents available on this website are provided to users at their own risk.

We accept no responsibility for third party downloads and downloads provided by external third party websites and we advise users to verify their authenticity using anti-virus software or similar applications.

Email Mailing List

We use a third party provider, called Mailchimp, to operate an email mailing list program, used to send emails to subscribers about news and events.  If you opt to receive updates from us then we will often use MailChimp to communicate with you. The personal information users give when they opt to receive our updates are: names (forename and surname), email address and organisation users work for.  This personal information is collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with GDPR, DPA and PECR. All information you supply to us is stored on secure servers.  Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time through an automated online service, or if not available, other means as detailed in the footer of sent marketing messages.

We advise users to be cautious before clicking on any external web links mentioned throughout this website.  Whilst we do our best to ensure that any external links are safe, we cannot guarantee the content or authenticity of any external website.

PILS has organisational accounts on Twitter and LinkedIn.  Our twitter handle is @PILSni.

We will never ask for user passwords or personal details on social media platforms.
