LAUNCH: Public Interest Litigation Toolkit
Get ready for an exclusive sneak peek into the Public Interest Litigation Toolkit, happening in person on 22 November 2023.
Created by The PILS Project, our new Toolkit is a (completely free) online resource that combines videos, real-life case studies and strategic information to guide human rights NGOs through the world of public interest litigation.
The Toolkit was designed specifically to be used by organisations in Northern Ireland, regardless of their knowledge of the legal system. The PILS team will walk you through all the questions our member organisations need to ask themselves before going to court.
We’ll also show you how our legal and financial services can support your human rights legal challenges.
Why you should come to the launch:
- You’ll have the opportunity to browse the Toolkit before anyone else.
- A team of legal practitioners and human rights activists will be on hand to answer your questions in-person.
- All of this will be accompanied by a delicious breakfast from Yallaa Café, the award-winning social enterprise celebrating Arab culture.
This in-person event is open (free of charge) to members of The PILS Project.
Spaces are limited and pre-registration is required. Please RSVP to secure your place.
The Public Interest Litigation Toolkit was written by PILS, and designed by Bag of Bees, all with the generous support of the Matrix Causes Fund.
